Tembrithil Woodspike Elves


Faction Doctrines

A Tembrithil player may choose one, and only one, of the doctrines below. The player gains all of the benefits of the chosen doctrine.
 
Nature Doctrine
Environmental Tactics
Models with the Ranger SA may perform a Move Action as a Free Action during the Initiative Phase of any one Game Turn other than the first Game Turn. All models performing this movement must do so simultaneously. All normal B2B and movement rules apply.
 
Elusive
All non-elf models gain the Raider SA.
 
Nature's Storm
Any Chain Lightning spell cast by a Tembrithil model can affect 6 models instead of 5, and each target model may be within 3" of previous targets, rather than the normal 2".
 
Woodstrider
All Tembrithil models may move through light and heavy woods as if they had the Hover SA.
 
 
Forest Doctrine
Summer Blossom
Any Leader model may use a single Free Action during its own Activation to create a CD/DVD-sized area of either light or heavy woods on the game board (declare which when created). The center of the woods must be anywhere within 12" of the Leader, but no LOS is required to this center point. Only one of these Summer Blossom woods may be summoned per Game Turn, and no more than three Summer Blossom woods may be summoned per game.

All Shoot Actions performed by Tembrithil models ignore the Summer Blossom woods for purposes of LOS and enemy cover.

It is suggested that players use a CD/DVD (painted green or flocked for aesthetics) to represent the summoned woods. When summoning woods where models currently stand, simply slip the CD/DVD under them.
 
One with the Trees
Once per game, during a single Tembrithil Activation, any model moving to the center point of a Summer Blossom woods may continue their movement from the center point of a different Summer Blossom woods. This requires at least two Summer Blossom woods to be active at the same time.
 
Woodstrider
All Tembrithil models may move through light and heavy woods as if they had the Hover SA.
 

Warlord Benefits

Warlords bring a certain presence with them to the battlefield. When fielding a Warlord, the following benefits are gained:

Eawod Silverrain Archer's Eye All models in Eawod's Troop, after performing a Focus Action, may add 3" to the extended range of their ranged attack's Rng value, in addition to the regular benefits given by the Focus Action.
King Thelanor Anenfel Protect the Forest Any non-elf models in the King's Troop may choose to gain +2 MAV during any Fight Action they perform. At the end of the Fight Action, any models that used this bonus are removed from the battlefield as casualties.

Tree Bark Armor 10 Model ignores the very first point of damage it takes during the game. This cannot be worn by a model with the Damage Reduction SA.
Cloak of Endure Elements Armor 15 UNIQUE: Model gains the Immunity (Inferno Tome, Ice Tome, Earth Tome, Storm Tome) SA.
Goodberry Special 10 ONE USE ONLY: Model may use a Specialty Action to heal itself 1 point of damage. A single model may purchase more than one Goodberry for 10 points per Goodberry.

Affect: UNIQUE: Spell has to target the Spirit of the Forest model. If the spell is successfully cast, then the player rolls another d10. On a roll of 2-9, a single branch breaks off of the Spirit and becomes a Saproling Warrior. On a natural 10, two branches break off and become Saproling Warriors. Any Saproling Warriors produced in this way activate when the Spirit of the Forest activates.
